"Perfectly Pink" Ride Out / Hack / Trek - All proceeds to Charity

All abilities welcome!!! The more the merrier!!!

£10 per person (Bring your own horse)
£15 (including hire of riding centre horse)

All proceeds and donations will go to charity so come and make it a big event.

"The Highland Fling" -  Highland Pony Fun Weekend 10th and 11th October 2009

Saturday Programme

11.00 am Mini-Ride out on Creag Dhubh (1 ½ hrs) optional (£5.00 per person own horse or £20.00 for one of ours)

1.00 pm BBQ Lunch at NRC from the Hungry Horse – Home Produced Highland Cattle Beef

2.00 pm Open Day – Working Ponies & Harness Making Demo, HiPo Judging, Ridden & In Hand, Old Films with HiPo’s from 50’s & 60’s.

5.00 pm Official Opening of the Ormiston Highland Pony Heritage Centre

6.pm till Late BBQ and Ceilidh - ALL WELCOME

Sunday Programme

9.00 am Hangover Breakfast at The Chef’s Grill - Newtonmore

10.30 am Various Ride Outs and Drive Outs to suit all abilities guided by NRC Staff and Volunteers followed by picnic lunch at NRC before departure. (£5.00 with own horse or £30.00 for one of ours)

Ponies available for hire & bring your own ponies, camp & stay over, lots of good local accommadation available too, booking for The Fling is essential please. (Grazing from £5.00 per horse and stables £20.00 per night)
